“Thee only way to conquer a fear is to become the fear” ~ My Brother.
I have Coulrophobia-Fear of clowns. I’ve had this fear ever since I was a little girl and it’s never really gone away. I’ve always been scared to the max. Like, on a scale from 1 to 10 my fear of clowns was a 10, that is until I made myself a clown. I used white face paint and dark red lipstick. I’ve also used a pencil of black eyeliner for the eyes and eyebrows. It’s messy on purpose because I wanted a sloppy-Pagliacci look. At first I was a bit fearful of my look but then realized it was just me underneath face paint. My fear had then gone down to a five. I had become my fear and half conquered it. All I need is to go to a circus. (;
